This policy covers RONPÓN LLC ("RONPÓN") services site (the"Site") privacy policy regarding how RONPÓN and the Site treats personalinformation that the Site collects and receives, including information relatedto the use of the Site regarding viewing and/or providing content for the Site(collectively, the "Services"). Personal information is information about youthat is personally identifiable like your name, personal identificationinformation, address, email address, financial information, or phone number,and that is not otherwise publicly available and any other informationvoluntarily provided by you.

This policy only applies to the Site and people that RONPÓNemploys or manages regarding the administration of the Site.

1. Information Collection and Use

General

• RONPÓN collects personal information when you register with the Site, when you use the Services and when you visit the Site.
• When you register we may ask for information such as your name and address, home telephone number, business telephone number, mobile telephone number, and any other identifying information which may be required, by RONPÓN, from time to time. Once you register with the Site and sign in to our Services, you are not anonymous to us.
• RONPÓN collects information about your transactions with us, including information about your use of the Services, the dates and times you access the Site, the version of the terms of use and privacy policy which you have accepted every time you log on to the Site and any other information, freely provided by you, which RONPÓN may choose to collect from time to time.
• RONPÓN may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, RONPÓN cookie information, and the page you request.
• RONPÓN uses information for the following general purposes: fulfill your requests, improve our Services and contact you.

2. How we use the information we collect

Consistent with the permissions you give us to collect theinformation, we may use the information we collect, including your personalinformation:

• to provide, personalize, and improve your experience with the Service and products, services, and advertising (including for third party products and services) made available on or outside the Service (including on other sites that you visit), for example by providing customized, personalized, or localized content, recommendations, features, and advertising on or outside of the Service;

• to, if you explicitly provide us your permission, use your mobile phone number to send you informational, marketing and promotional text messages using an automatic dialing system; you are not required to provide consent as a condition of signing up for RONPÓN's services;
• to enable and promote the Service and other services or products, either within or outside the Service, including features and content of the Service and products and services made available through the Service;
• to enforce this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and any other terms that you have agreed to, including to protect the rights, property, or safety of RONPÓN, its users, or any other person, or the copyright-protected content of the Service;
• to provide you with features, information, advertising, or other content which is influenced by your location and your location in relation to other RONPÓN users; and
• as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• RONPÓN does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other  people or non-government organizations except to provide the Services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of RONPÓN's Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

4. Cookies

• RONPÓN may set and access RONPÓN cookies on your computer.
• RONPÓN may use web beacons to access RONPÓN cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with the Site's Services.

5. Confidentiality and Security

• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide the Services to you or in order to do their jobs.
• We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

6. Data Deletion for Facebook Users

To request RonPon to delete your facebook data follow thesesteps:

1. Go to your Facebook profile's Apps and Websites settings tab: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
2. Remove RonPon app.
3. Click the Removed sub-tab and click on RonPon app.
4. Click Send Request.

7. Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in the App, follow these steps:

1. Go to your profile settings in Ronpon App, click "Delete Account" button located at the bottom of the screen.
2. You will be asked to confirm the deletion of your account. Click "Yes" button to delete your account.
3. Your account will be deleted and you will be logged out of the App.

Important Note: Deleting your account willremove all your personal information from our database. This action isirreversible.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

• RONPÓN may update this policy from time to time. RONPÓN may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Agreement, by email, regular mail or postings on the Site.
